Frequently Asked Questions

  • We primarily serve Champaign County and surrounding areas. Please contact us if you are outside this range, and we may be able to accommodate your location.

  • We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons.

  • Most shoots take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the property and requested services.

  • We provide a detailed Preparation Checklist (link found at the top of the site) to help you get your property photo-ready. In general, please declutter, clean, and stage key areas before your appointment.

  • While you are welcome to be on-site, we recommend stepping out or staying out of the camera frame to help the photographer capture the best shots without distractions.

  • We offer interior and exterior photography, aerial drone imaging, floor plans, virtual staging, and twilight photography.

  • Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours after your shoot. Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee. (Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.)

  • Final images are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or downloadable link for easy sharing.

  • Yes! You receive a license to use the photos for marketing the specific property. Please see our Terms and Service Agreement for details on usage rights.

  • We monitor weather conditions closely. If outdoor or drone shots cannot be safely or effectively captured, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. Please see the full Terms and Service Agreement for details.

  • Yes, all drone operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations, and safety is our top priority.

  • Basic editing (color correction, exposure, cropping) is included. Advanced edits like virtual staging or object removal are available at an additional cost.
