1. What areas do you serve?

  • We primarily serve Champaign County and surrounding areas. Please contact us if you are outside this range, and we may be able to accommodate your location.

2. How far in advance should I book?

  • We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons.

3. How long does a typical photo shoot take?

  • Most shoots take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the property and requested services.

4. What should I do to prepare my home for the shoot?

  • We provide a detailed Preparation Checklist to help you get your property photo-ready. In general, please declutter, clean, and stage key areas before your appointment.

5. Can I be present during the photo shoot?

  • While you are welcome to be on-site, we recommend stepping out or staying out of the camera frame to help the photographer capture the best shots without distractions.

6. What types of services do you offer?

  • We offer interior and exterior photography, aerial drone imaging, floor plans, virtual staging, and twilight photography.

7. How long until I receive the photos?

  • Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours after your shoot. Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee. (Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.)

8. How will I receive my photos?

  • Final images are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or downloadable link for easy sharing.

9. Can I share the photos on social media or MLS?

  • Yes! You receive a license to use the photos for marketing the specific property. Please see our Terms and Service Agreement for details on usage rights.

10. What if the weather is bad on the scheduled day?

  • We monitor weather conditions closely. If outdoor or drone shots cannot be safely or effectively captured, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. Please see the full Terms of Service for details.

12. Are your drones FAA certified?

  • Yes, all drone operations comply with FAA Part 107 regulations, and safety is our top priority.

13. Can you edit or retouch the photos?

  • Basic editing (color correction, exposure, cropping) is included. Advanced edits like virtual staging or object removal are available at an additional cost.

14. What should I know before my photography session?

  • Before your session, please review the Terms and Service Agreement provided at the time of booking. These include important details about image usage rights, editing expectations, rescheduling policies, and other session-specific guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
